The parent company Kingday Group Co., Ltd was founded in 2001 with predecessors of Jinhua Flying Horse Vehicle Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Kingday Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd which were modified to organize Kingday Group Co., Ltd in 2007. At the same time, it purchased and controlled holdings of five subsidiaries: Yongkang Kingday Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd, Quzhou Baide Trading Co., Ltd, Quzhou Forever Machinery Co., Ltd, Yongkang Shuncheng Leisure Product Co., Ltd, and Jinhua Xinyuan Electrical & Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of 0.1069 billion RMB, Kingday group has obtained the approval from State Administration of Industry and Commerce of no limit to regions, industry names or business scopes and has already finished the registration in Jinhua Industry and Commerce Administration. Its main business includes the research, development and sales of electric bikes, electric motorcycles, ATVs, aluminium folding bikes and relating parts. Its total capital amounts to billions of RMB. The group company occupies an area of 180 mu with 90,000 square meters of standard workshops, office buildings and dormitories. It owns top-notch production facilities among the industry which include machining operation, final assembly, spraying and painting, molding, inspecting and so on. It has the yearly production capacity of 1,000,000 units.
Since its establishment, Kingday group has obtained such successive honors as 2003 Year Zhejiang Market Consumers’ Reassured Brand, 2004 Year China Market Recognized Best Selling Brand, Light Quality Security Center and National Electric Vehicle Quality Reassured Brand, National Standard Qualified Products, 2005 Year Zhejiang Advanced Enterprise in Bicycle (Electric Bicycle) Industry, Jinhua Brand Product, Jinhua Famous Trademark, Zhejiang Brand Product, Zhejiang Famous Trademark, China Famous Trademark, Jinhua Well Known Business Unit and Trustworthy A Rate Enterprise Strictly Abiding by Contract. It has been approved the Development and Reform Commission WMI Code, ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certificate, CE Certificate. The board chairman Zhang Xiaoli has won or shared such honors as Jinhua CPPCC Committee, Jinhua Top Ten Outstanding Youth, Vice Chairman of Jinhua Young Entrepreneurs Association, Vice Executive President of Jinhua Electric Vehicle Industry Association, Vice President of Jinhua Auto & Motor Parts Association and so on.

 Company has 36 staffs with senior or medium professional titles, 95% of whom have colleague education or above education and over 5 years of experience in the industry. Marketing team are all trained systematically and got test before work, which guarantees comparatively high quality personnel.  Product innovation, channel model innovation and management innovation have deeply ingrained into the hearts of our team and become a steadfast goal and direction in our future development. Looking back the 8 years of experience in the electric vehicle industry, we have achieved some achievements and accumulated some resources, but also made many mistakes and lessons worthy of our learning and thinking for the future coming years to further strengthen the efforts of developing new products, to set up provincial-level R&D center, to initiate national high-tech enterprise, and to invest R&D budget with over 3% annual sales value. We plan to introduce some talents and technology from college schools and academic leaders in technology to strengthen the cooperation outside.
